What is the status of my order?

Usually we send tracking information to the e-mail you provide, some time after your purchase. Contact us if you need help, or use "ORDER TRACKING" menu at the bottom of the page.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via "contact us" form.

I ordered a few items in one order, will they come together?

All items come in separate packages because we have many warehouse locations, so we choose the one that is closer to you, and sometimes other ones also. Depending on items location too.

Do you accept returns?

We normally do not ask our customers for returns, we usually just give a refund, depending on a situation.To send a request, please reach out to support via "contact us" form. A member of our support team shall respond very soon.

How long does shipping take?

Usually it takes 4-14 days via free USPS. During pandemic, it can take a little longer. We ship to USA from USA.
